Aire = (120 + x) ( 40 + x)
Aire = 4 800 + 120 x + 40 x + x² 
Aire = x² + 160 x + 4 800

Aire carré 1 = 40² = 1 600 m²

aire carré 2 = x² 

aire colorée = x² + 160 x + 4800 - 1 600 - x²
aire = 160 x + 3 200 

pour x = 20, aire = 3200 + 3200 = 6 400 m²
