1) Développer et réduire E
E = (2x + 3)² - x (2x + 3)
E = 4x² + 12x + 9 -2x² - 3x
E = 4x² - 2x² + 12x - 3x + 9 
E = 2x² + 9x + 9

2) Factoriser E
E = (2x + 3)² - x (2x + 3)
E = (2x + 3) (2x + 3 - x)
E = (2x + 3) (2x - x + 3)
E = (2x + 3) (x + 3)

3) Calculer E pour x = - 2/3
E = 2x² + 9x + 9
E = 2 (- 2/3)² + 9 (- 2/3 ) + 9
E = 2 (- 2²/3²) - 18/3 + 9
E = 2 (4/9) - 18/3 + 9
E = 8/9 - 18/3 + 9
E = 8/9 - 18 x 3 / 3 x 3 + 9 x 9 / 1 x 9
E = 8/9 - 54/9 + 81/9
E = - 54/9 + 89/9
E = 35/9
