Hello, my name was Gustavo Rodriguez and I lived In Bolivia. I was 13. My parents didn't earn a lot of money and I had to work. My sister went to school every morning but I couldn't. My boss didn't pay me much. Life was difficult for me but I didn't complain. I got up at 5 : 30 every morning. My breakfast consisted in a cup of light coffee and a thin slice of bread. I started work at 6 : 30 and I must walk to work. My parents worked a lot but they hadn't got the money to buy a car. At the factory, I carried boxes all day long. My back hurt but I needed this job. I went to school twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and I loved it. The teacher helped me a lot. I had good results. I knew I could make it. One of my dreams was to be a teacher too. My sister wanted to be a doctor. My parents prayed for us. They didn't want us to be poor like them.
